Smartphone voucher must be exchanged for a paper ticket at the ticket window.
Daytime admission closes at 15:30; Sunset ticket admission closes at 18:30.
Outdoor observation deck closure during rain or storms for safety. Check the forecast before booking.
Closed-toe shoes are required throughout your visit.
By entering Mahanakhon SkyWalk, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos of you may be captured for marketing purposes.
Prohibited items include wheeled luggage, drones, alcohol, food, beverages, tripods, parachutes, balloons, flowers, pets, and weapons.
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, or wheeled shoes are not allowed.
Professional photo or video equipment, tripods, selfie sticks, and lights require prior approval from Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok management.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 20 or older.
Guests unable to access the rooftop (78th floor) due to rain after visiting the indoor observatory (74th floor) can request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter. Refunds are not provided.
